2. Intellectual Property The content, logos, and designs on this site are the exclusive property of Fun Home Stuff. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any content without express written permission.

3. Shipping & Delivery We offer 1-day shipping on all eligible orders.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before [Insert Time, e.g., 12:00 PM EST] will be processed the same day.
  • Carrier Delays: While we guarantee 1-day shipping hand-off, we are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or inclement weather.

4. Limitation of Liability Fun Home Stuff is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan  without regard to conflict of law principles.

Easy Returns & Refunds

 

30-Day "No Questions Asked" Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund.

  • Condition: While we don't ask for a reason, items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them. chalked cues are considered as used and restock fee will be applied on any used item. 
  • Exclusions:  Final Sale clearance and bedding items cannot be returned.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at CustomerService@FunHomeStuff.com  with your order number.
  2. Ship it Back: We will provide you with a return shipping label.
  3. Get Paid: Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged , please notify us immediately so we can send  info on how to receive a replacement at no extra cost to you.
